The Neglected Haul Post.

It's a good thing I waited a while to make this post... Why? My dear sweet husband bought me two of the items I wanted a few days ago!

NOTE: I bought these items before Project 5 Pan... Two of the items are from my husband, so I don't think that's considered cheating!

Onto the haul...
Making Faces by Kevyn Aucoin was always on my wishlist, but for some reason I never remembered to get it. However, after seeing this on Wendy's monthly favorites post, purchasing this book was on top of my priority list. So far, I'm really enjoying it! It's got great tips and great looks... definitely worth the money!

MAC Select Moisturecover concealer. This is a GREAT product! I seriously don't know how I've managed to live without this for so long. It covers so amazingly well, blends like a dream, and doesn't cake up. What more can I ask for in a concealer?

This is one of the products that my husband bought me. It's one of the newer products that Maybelline released in their Eyestudio line.

They're cream shadows... so if you've got oily eyelids like me, be sure to use your eyeshadow primer beforehand! Anyway, the trio is called "neutral liaisons."

I haven't got a chance to use this yet, but from what I heard, they're very pigmented when swatched on the hand, but sheer when applied to the eyelids. I'll be sure to update more about them after I give them a go.

NYC Cream Sticks. I purchased Plaza Pink (left) and once again, my husband gifted me with Big Apple Blush (right). I've tried many cream blushes before and these are the cheapest and one of the best products I've tried! They are incredibly pigmented and very blendable... They're very comparable to the NARS multiples, in my opinion!

It takes so little effort to blend these!

This pretty much sums up my haul... And again, I didn't cheat on Project 5 Pan! =)

Thanks for stopping by. Ciao!

  1. Hope you don't mind the multiple comments from me. I'm catching up! :)

I wish I could find those blush sticks, but I can't find them anywhere here. Such a bummer! I've been wanting to get that concealer for so long now. It's definitely on my wishlist.

Yay you got the book! The transformations he did on the celebrities just blows my mind. I'm all over beauty books at the moment. I think I might do a round-up post on them one day! Making Faces is by far my favorite at the moment. :D

Yay, please do a round-up post! I seriously would have definitely held out longer on the book if you didn't post about it! lol.
